1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using temo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. User Registration

  1. To access certain features of the platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Consultancy Services

  1. temo provides a platform for connecting users seeking consultancy services ("Clients") with qualified consultants ("Consultants").
  2. Consultants are independent professionals, and temo does not endorse, or guarantee their expertise or advice.
  3. Clients and Consultants are responsible for arranging and conducting their consultancy sessions, including setting fees, scheduling, and content of discussions.
  4. temo is not liable for the outcome of consultancy sessions or any disputes between Clients and Consultants.

4. User Conduct

  1. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others.
  2. You shall not engage in any activity that could interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or compromise its security.

5. Content Submission

  1. By submitting content (such as messages, reviews, or feedback) to the platform, you grant Epistemo ltd. (T/A temo) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purpose of operating the platform.
  2. You agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Epistemo ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

  1. Your use of the platform is subject to Epistemo ltd.'s Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

  1. Epistemo ltd. provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Epistemo ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform.

10. Modification of Terms

  1. Epistemo ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
